Bed & Breakfast:
The rooms have been given the names OLIVE & GRAPE, the first products we harvested ourselves from our own land.
If you would like to come and enjoy our Bed and Breakfast, the tranquility and everything this part of Tuscany has to offer you can with a stay in one of our rooms.
The rooms have beautiful high ceilings and are equipped with air conditioning, a spacious sleeping area with a sitting area and the possibility to make your own coffee or tea.
There is also a refrigerator.
Each room has its own spacious bathroom, with walk-in shower, double basins, toilet (& bidet), bath towels, hair dryer and closet.
The beds can be made up as you wish (2 persons with twin beds or 2x single comforters. also the beds can be put apart and made up for 2x 1 person)
For bed linen and towels we have chosen OPTIDEE.
Each room has a spacious sunny terrace and for shade we have placed a pergola. There are also two sun loungers.
Swimmingpool:
Of course, a swimming pool is a must in hot Tuscany. It will be built near the olive grove.
Because there are still several works going on around the Olive grove, it is not yet possible to build the pool.
Therefore, in the summer months ( ~ between mid June - late August ~) we offer on the terrace of each Bed & Breakfast room a (private) swimming pool with two sun beds.
This is a service during the hot summer months, no extra cost will be charged for this.
The rooms can be booked from 2 nights, arrival is possible on all days, in the period from April to October.
Arrival is between 16.00h - 20.00h. Our check out time is before 11.00h, of course after a delicious breakfast.
The daily breakfast buffet is ready between 8.15h - 10.00h. (We take dietary requirements into account)
Upon arrival we offer our guests a drink of the house, a good moment for the administrative handling as read in our: Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, it is possible on the day of arrival (for a small fee) to use a (spelt) pasta with freshly prepared Bolognese sauce and a (soft) drink. The bolognese sauce is made according to a traditional Italian recipe.
Wi-Fi is available, we do not have facilities for children and pets are not allowed.
PRICE:
We charge one fixed price for the entire season.
After all, with us everyone enjoys the same service, full breakfast and our hospitality every day.
The cost per night, per room based on 2 persons including a full breakfast is € 125.00.
This is excluding tourist tax of € 1,50 p.p.p.n.

Room OLIVE:
The name of this room OLIVE says enough about the color. In this room, the main color is olive green.
A lovely bright room with white and natural (wood) accessories.
Imagine waking up after a good night's sleep, opening the doors and waking up in peace. Possibly with a cup of coffee or tea from the bed enjoying the beautiful Tuscan view!
++ room OLIVE is wheelchair friendly, that makes this bathroom has no bidet ++
Room GRAPE:
The main color of room GRAPE is grape-red. With black and natural (wood) accessories.
Also this room offers a beautiful view and the possibility to wake up slowly with a cup of coffee or after a wonderful night's sleep and enjoy the beautiful view.
The breakfast terrace:
Of course, we hope our guests can enjoy the delicious breakfast on the cozy breakfast terrace every day.
The buffet is ready inside, daily fresh bread, various meats and cheese. Yogurt, granola and honey, fresh fruit, an egg prepared to your liking, milk and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Water, coffee and tea are available without restriction during breakfast.
In the unlikely event that the weather does not permit breakfast outside, you can eat inside in our cozy breakfast room.
