i due cipressi Bed & Breakfast , is a small-scale B&B with 2 rooms. 

The B&B is located in the south of Tuscany in the countryside of the cozy village of Santa Fiora. Sant Fiora is just over an hour's drive south of Siena and an hour from the coast at Grosseto.

Both rooms are spacious, light and sunny, each with its own terrace with swimming pool (period mid-June - mid-September)

Breakfast is included in the price and is brought to your room between 8:00 and 10:00. Every morning, in peace and quiet, you can enjoy breakfast on your own terrace, overlooking the Tuscan hills. 

Parking is available close to the B&B and is free.

The following applies to both rooms:

  • The room has air conditioning.
  • The rooms have two single beds in the room, these are made up as one double bed.  The bed is made up with a    twin duvet as standard.
    • For a stay of 3 nights or more, the beds can be made up as follows:
      • 2 persons with 2x 1 person duvets.
      • 2 single beds, each with its own duvet
  • OPTIDEE® was chosen for the bed linen and towels .
  • There is a sitting area with two armchairs and a table, the coffee and tea table offers the possibility to make your own coffee or tea. 
  • The room has a hairdryer, a wardrobe and a refrigerator.
  • The rooms can be booked from 1 night , arrival is possible on any day, click HERE for prices and promotions.
  • Our reception time is between 16:00 - 20:00. Our check-out time is before 11:00, of course after a delicious breakfast.
  • Breakfast is included in the price
  • Parking is available on site en free of charge
  • There is good Wifi available, this is free. The code is in the room in the information book.
  • We do not have facilities  for children and pets are only allowed after consultation.

  • FREE cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, we will refund the amount paid.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before arrival we will refund 50% of the total price.
  • If you cancel on the day of arrival or early departure there will be no refund.

The breakfast:

We deliver a varied breakfast basket every day at the desired time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Filled with: fresh (warm) bread, an egg, freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet & savory sandwich toppings,

yoghurt, homemade granola and honey.

 

Special requests, intolerances, allergies or diets will be taken into account.

Ons eigen terras met buitenkeuken:

 

There is an outdoor kitchen on our own terrace, which you can use when staying at the B&B.

For this purpose we have a 'BBQ basket' available, with crockery, cutlery, cutting board, knives, a salad bowl, tea towels and oven mitt.

We charge a fee for this basket, including the use of the BBQ.

The only thing you need to provide yourself is meat-fish-chicken for the BBQ. In addition to the possible harvest of the day, other vegetables, salad ingredients, baguette, fruit etc. 

Sauces, pepper and salt are in the outdoor kitchen.

The vegetable garden:

The first vegetables are already growing in the vegetable garden!

When using the outdoor kitchen it is possible to ask about the day's harvest.
